The open primaries, user manual for the township Châteaulin.




As intended by the members of the PS, the Socialists will hold open primaries this year to describe our candidate (e) presidential election of 2012.

Before this important moment, we will finalize our project on which we have been working for over a year through the national conventions and ideas forum (read here) .

But how it works PS open primaries?

Who votes? :

- all citizens registered as voters in the December 31, 2010,
- minors who had their 18 at the time of the presidential
- minors and foreigners or members of the PS MJS

Where Vote?:

There will be three polling stations in our county (division tbc):

- Châteaulin , for those registered on the electoral lists of Commons: Châteaulin, Port Launay, Coulitz St, St Segal.

- Plomodiern , for those registered on the electoral lists of Commons: Plomodiern St Nic Trégarvan, Dinéault, Ploéven .

- Plonevez-Porzay , for those registered on the electoral lists of Commons: Plonevez-Porzay Cast Kerlaz, Locronan Quéménéven .

There will be a dedicated website to locate offices to vote. In addition we contacted the local press in particular on the subject.

How to vote?

On election day it will suffice to pay a participation fee of 1 € organization, and sign a charter membership values of the left. When

vote?

Sundays 9 and 16 October from 8am to 18h (subject to extension up to 20h).

Who can enter?

Rule sponsoring candidates for membership of the SP is as follows: 5% of parliamentary socialists (17 referrals), or 5% of members of the National Council (16 referrals), or 5% of consultant-es regional or general socialist (100 referrals) from at least 4 regions and 10 departments, or 5% of socialist mayors of cities over 10,000 inhabitants (16 referrals) from at least 4 regions. One sponsorship per person will be allowed.
The other parties who choose to participate in these primaries will set the rules themselves to be candidates
